Refund Policy

1. Our Approach

At Repawify, we want every pet owner to be delighted with their creations. We also want to be transparent: each AI creation uses real computational resources — including background removal, AI image generation, and upscaling — that cannot be recovered once processed. This policy balances fairness to you with the realities of running an AI service.

2. Unused Credits

If you've purchased credits but haven't used them, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. This process is entirely self-service — just visit your Payment History page in your account and click the refund button. No need to contact support.

3. Used Credits

Credits that have been consumed to create AI artwork are non-refundable. Each creation triggers a multi-step AI pipeline (background removal, image generation, and upscaling) that incurs real GPU compute costs at the time of processing. These costs are paid to our AI infrastructure providers and cannot be recovered.

4. Partial Refunds

If you've used some credits from a pack, we'll refund the unused portion proportionally. For example, if you purchased a 50-credit pack for $29 and used 10 credits, we would refund $23.20 (the value of the 40 unused credits). Partial refunds follow the same 7-day window from the original purchase date.

5. Output Quality

AI-generated results are non-refundable on the basis of output quality. Before spending a credit, you always see a free watermarked preview of your creation. This preview shows you exactly what the final result will look like. By choosing to unlock the HD version, you confirm that the result meets your expectations.

We continuously improve our AI models and templates to deliver the best possible results. If you're consistently unsatisfied with output quality, please contact us — we'd love to hear your feedback so we can improve.

6. How to Request a Refund

For self-service refunds (unused credits within 7 days):

  • Log in to your Repawify account
  • Navigate to your Payment History page
  • Click the refund button next to the eligible purchase
  • Your refund will be processed immediately to your original payment method

7. Dispute Resolution

If you believe you're entitled to a refund that falls outside the guidelines above, please reach out to us at [email protected] before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We're committed to finding a fair resolution and can usually address concerns faster than the formal dispute process.

Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in account suspension while the dispute is reviewed.

8. Policy Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
